The National Energy Dominance Council is a U.S. federal advisory body established to support and advise the President on strategies for expanding American energy production and maintaining global energy leadership. Its work focuses on improving permitting and regulatory processes, fostering coordination among government agencies and private partners, and developing long-term recommendations to enhance reliable, affordable energy production across all forms of energy.
United States Trade and Development Agency
The U.S. Trade and Development Agency is the U.S. government’s first mover on critical infrastructure development in emerging markets, advancing the shared strategic priorities of the United States and our overseas partners while creating opportunities to deploy trusted U.S. solutions. USTDA funds the upfront technical work that accelerates the development of infrastructure projects, helping them attract the financing they need for implementation and procurement of U.S. goods and services.

Export - Import Bank of the United States
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) is the official export credit agency of the United States. EXIM is an independent Executive Branch agency with a mission of supporting American jobs by
facilitating the export of U.S. goods and services. When private sector lenders are unable or unwilling to provide financing, EXIM fills in the gap for American businesses by equipping them with the financing tools necessary to compete for global sales. In doing so, the agency levels the playing field for U.S. goods and services going up against foreign competition in overseas markets, so that American companies can create more good-paying American jobs.
United States Development Finance Corporation
The United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is the international investment arm of the U.S. Government. We partner with the private sector to mobilize capital for strategic investments around the world. Our projects foster economic development, support U.S. interests, and deliver returns to American taxpayers.
United States Chamber of Commerce
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business organization representing companies of all sizes across every sector of the economy. Our members range from the small businesses and local chambers of commerce that line the Main Streets of America to leading industry associations and large corporations. They all share one thing: They count on the U.S. Chamber to be their voice in Washington, across the country, and around the world. For more than 100 years, we have advocated for pro-business policies that help businesses create jobs and grow our economy. The Chamber’s Global Energy Institute and its U.S.-Japan Business Council are leading its engagement with the Indo-Pacific Energy Security Ministerial and Business Forum.
Asia Natural Gas & Energy Association
The Asia Natural Gas and Energy Association (ANGEA) represents the full global gas value chain: from production, to transport, infrastructure, manufacturing, end users, and others. ANGEA was formed in 2021 with a simple purpose – to work with governments, industries and communities in Asia, providing affordable solutions that promote energy security, economic growth and decarbonisation.
The Center for LNG
The Center for LNG (CLNG) champions public policies that advance the production of LNG in the U.S., increase international exports, and help power a clean energy future. CLNG represents LNG producers, shippers, and multinational developers in the U.S. It also serves as a resource for educational and technical information to help policymakers fully realize the potential of LNG to meet the world’s energy needs while reducing emissions and supporting domestic economic growth.
The Council for Global Energy Security
The Council for Global Energy Security exists to advance a recognition of energy’s central role in all aspects of modern life and to ensure that public policy reflects the enduring realities of global energy systems. As an advocacy organization representing a broad cross-section of the energy sector, the Council works to catalyze strategic capital deployment where energy security needs are most acute, to strengthen global security of supply across critical fuels, and to advance energy security as a cornerstone of economic stability and international cooperation. Through sustained engagement with industry and public institutions, the Council seeks to reinforce the energy systems that underpin growth, security, and shared prosperity worldwide.
Nuclear Energy Institute
NEI's mission is to promote the use and growth of nuclear energy through efficient operations and effective policy. NEI accomplishes this by providing a unified industry voice before Congress, the executive branch, state and local legislatures, and federal regulators, as well as international organizations and venues, on key policy issues.

We also conduct and sponsor research and policy analysis; organize workshops, conferences, and issue briefings; and provide information about USLNG exports.
Internationally, we work to open new markets for USLNG exports, expand existing markets, and establish strategic relationships. Our mission is to help bring the climate, environmental, economic, and geostrategic benefits of USLNG to the world.
